Gj is 9 whites 3 blacks. Interdasting
I'm sure we'll hear about it. I haven't looked up the stats but I'd guess that 25% is a larger percentage or close to what the black population makes up of the entire St. Louis County population. It obviously no where mirrors that of Ferguson. But Ferguson is in the County and it's a County case, so it is what it is, about right for a County jury.

It's more on a technical matter than anything. I don't want my prosecuting attorney acting like a defense attorney. It is the defendant's job to put on evidence of justification, not the prosecuting attorney. All of the evidence that supports the cop's version is part of a defense that isn't even raised until after charges are brought. If you exclude the evidence of justification at this point, I think there's enough sufficient to warrant arrest.
I understand what you're saying here, but the problem is, what if the evidence shows he shouldn't even be charged. Let's face it, because of the magnitude of the situation, it's going to GJ whether it should or not. No elected official will make that call. That being said, if no evidence supports it, then he shouldn't be charged, period.
All of the evidence that supports the cops version may be what the prosecution found too, that doesn't mean they should make up stuff just to make he be charged. If it was a normal case and the evidence the prosecution gathered supported the shooting was justified, it wouldn't go to GJ to begin with.

Because CNN is about to blow that shite way out of proportion and in turn exciting everyone once again.

I got you. This GJ was already chosen from what I understood, but yeah they will whine about everything.

Unless it is for a special purpose, GJs are normally for a fixed term - unlike a petit jury which is convened for a specific case.
More akin to serving on a town council or school board, rather than a jury as the average person is normally used to.

It was a simple question. You said it was a stupid question and no you wouldn't. The point was how blind you are to your bias. You have been believing all the crap that comes out no matter the source and blaming the cop for all kinds of stuff you have no clue about. Try to turn it anyway you want, but your bias is obvious. Now you want him charged no matter what the evidence shows. Shocker.

Then McCulloch shouldn't have given it to the GJ. If there were NO evidence to support it, McCulloch could come into problems himself for taking a case with no support to the GJ.

Yes and I believe they were already a month into there 3 month term, but asked to stay on an extra month so they could get this going ASAP. I heard that somewhere but not sure where so take it FWIW.

Did you miss all the pressure this week to bring it to GJ and let them decide? That is their point. Not every case that goes to GJ is charged. You do realize that right?

I was the one that passed along information that MB's fingerprints are on the gun and his blood inside the cop car. Now, that information may turn out to be right or wrong, but if I was coming from a COMPLETELY biased perspective, please explain why I would have passed along information from a conversation I had with a cop working up in the area?
Beyond that, yes, we all bring our life experiences to the story and so we all bring our own biases to the table. Now feel free to tell me you haven't done so.

I recall reading their term was up in September some time but would be extended to October to finish hearing this case.

So McCulloch should be fired for allowing public pressure determine which charges to take to a GJ and which ones not to? Your 2nd question I'll just chalk up to you being an arse.

Desperate, but expect a few more of these revelations, lol.
Good ole AA community in St.Louis. They make sure there is never a dull moment in North County and North St.Louis, 365 days a year.

So you're saying an elected official should be fired for doing what the public is pressuring him to do?
