Sprint bought out some companies, but didnt buy those companies towers, till later. So some are getting better services as they continue to have them turned on.

Aside from the cost, I don't have any coworkers complaining about verizon coverage for data or calls.

Heard a lot of complaints about At&t. Sprint appears to be parent company of Boost mobile. Had a lot of good luck with boost. Plus I know what my bill is every month, 60.00. Unlimited everything. One problem I have had is the parental control is turned off. Any thing that sprint feels is unviewable material I get a warning "log into your sprint account and reset that censor. I do not have a sprint account. In the 2nd of Feb. When pay next bill I will pose a question to boost why. I researched online and got a story that sprint has a policy to control content. But, if you get them on the phone they will reset it. Also, if you google hooked into Wifi nothing is censored. I am not talking about nude either. There was an ad that said "you shouldn't do this to a slot machine". Would not let me view article. 5

For everyone complaining about their coverage with Sprint, what phone are you using with them? I have a note 5 and service is pretty good in most places..I live in Gonzales and don't have great internet but I use eatel Wi-Fi..don't have any missed calls or texts...everywhere that I would use data personally, it works pretty good..

That 1% apparently makes a big difference. You get what you pay for.

Their service around here used to suck, unless you were right in town. Don't know about now, but I suspect it is still inferior to Verizon and even ATT.

I'm in NW AL (Florence/Shoals area). I didn't have one but a buddy did and everytime I talked to him it seemed like the call was dropped or cut out.

I have had Verizon for at least ten years and can't remember the last time I had a dropped call. Occasionally I will hit a really rural area that is 3G and 3-4 years ago I was driving up to Savannah, TN and had no service for about ten minutes.

That's the only time I can remember a dead spot with Verizon, anywhere.

I wish I could get Sprints contracts with Verizon's service area... Obviously.

AT&T is second to Verizon here, but not by a whole lot.

PCS Mobile sucks in the rural areas around here too. Know a guy with one of their phones and it's the worst. Why anyone would pay for a phone that drops calls or doesn't pick up at their house in this day and age is beyond me. It would be worth $20 a month more to make sure the phone actually worked when I needed it.

I've been with them for 16 years and I've always had better service than my friends and family. In the mountains, along the coast, overseas.
