If the guy with the master doesn't like the rates then one of y'all should take the master

I think it depends. If he put deposit down/ did the work to find the place and stuff like that then no. If it was random like picking straws out of a gat then no.
If he was like I want the Master then year I think he should pay 45 others pay 375. maybe have him pay 430.

When I lived in houses with that situation we all talked and bid what we were willing to pay for the master bath. It was usually $75 - $100 more than the other two. Only way it should be even is if he found the house or does something else above-and-beyond.

Keep it simple and split it equally. Normally the roommate who did most of the leg work to find rental, talk to land lord, and be the hub for all payments was the one who got the master. Bitching about it will only end badly.
