Nothing special:
In high school after football practice, there was nothing readily to eat, so I chugged some pancake syrup.
Other stuff was French's mustard on bread and a butter sandwich.

Was in the mood for a gumbo one day and too lazy to go store. I didn't have any chicken but I did have frozen buffalo chicken wings. I used that instead and made a damn good meal
