After seeing the left lane driver topic,
The people who are in such a hurry that they must run the red light, turn right in front of me, then because of their need for speed or because their house is on fire, drive slow and make me brake for them. Why???
WHY??? Step on it if you're in such a hurry that you can't wait!

They didn’t have time to check their cell phone at the light because they turned quickly. Once safely making the turn, the cell phone comes out and they proceed to drive slow and inconsistently.
