Spinoff Justified force

We keep seeing these shootings with suspects fleeing and an officer shooting them in the back or an armed man gunning down another

What are your opinions on justified force and how do they compare to what we have now?

Can you justify shooting someone in the back over a misdemeanor if they weren't a present danger?

How can we find a clear way that is reasonable to determine use of force between civilians when one is armed and the other is not?

Do you think people should really consider installing dash cameras and filming more interaction with the public and police to protect themselves?
