just curious if anyone here has kids at st dominic.
i went to our lady of mercy in baton rouge and it really has the same vibe that i remember from mercy a long long time ago.
we just went to the friday night fish dinner. fun times with the kids.
so how do you st dominic parents like the school. any major concerns, etc?

No worries there.
I'm curious because it's where we'll probably send our little girl.

If you live nearby, it's fine. If not, there are schools just as good, and St Elizabeth is breaking ground on a state of the art school in Kenner that will be better than St. Dominic.

I have a 5th and 3rd grader there now. Both have been there since pre k. No complaints at all. We looked at other schools as well - and had no issues with the others that we considered ( st pius, st Edward, st Catherine)
There will be a new principal named at the end of the calendar year...not sure how that will affect overall curriculum or vibe of the school. Current principal has been there 25+ years and runs a pretty tight ship.
Hope this helps.

Is your wife hot? Does she wear yoga pants on the regular? Do y'all like to swing?
