For some people, the Holiday season is not a joyous time of year. Depression is nothing to be ashamed of and you are not alone. You may want to talk through these thoughts and feelings with someone you trust – a friend, someone in your family, perhaps with your GP or a trained volunteer.
If you know someone that may be going through a difficult time in their life, take a moment to reach out and simply ask how they are doing.
