I'm not Jake,
I'm a GC jake does some work for....
I'm the contractor responsible for nicholson being two ways downtown now.
I don't get paid to design them.... Just to build them

I wonder if they'd do any landscape leveling for me. I've got some serious issues with how my builder finished off my backyard. Really my front yard as well. Lots of peaks and valleys. The backyard is an ankle-breaking playland.
I have this same problem. to boot, the contractor left all kinds of bricks, roofing material, etc. all over the yard. Took two Hondurans 5 hours to pick all this crap up. Anyway, if you find someone that does leveling, please post.

Same here. Would like to know of a contractor who does lawn leveling at a reasonable price. I have a new house with several low spots where water is pooling. The builder points to the grading sub, while the grading guy says that the builder didn't provide enough dirt to level the yard properly. Leveling may not be enough for the backyard, so I'll probably have to have a french drain or something similar installed to correct the lack of proper water drain off.

Precision will do this. Not sure what you mean as "reasonable." The price of labor and a good job is what it is.
