The proper term is SS cut or Hitler youth cut. Or the Jimmy Darmody cut.
For the PC crowd you can use undercut, and for millennials use the Peaky Blinders cut.

All the negative comments let you really know who has the terrible hair genes. Jew fros and male pattern baldness. I'm so glad I was born with great hair genes.
