while i agree that texting and driving is very dangerous and people should not do it, it is not what happened here.

Although I agree we should not be using our phones in the car, the article says several times the driver had an asthma attack/was coughing.

Boosie's post was bad but this is the OT and thats the kind of mentality it breeds. We all frick up and say/type stupid things sometimes so lets just move on. Give Boosie another chance.

also wrong, the passenger (bride) was coughing due to the truck in fron tof them, so the driver (not the bride) decided to try and pass the truck.

Really sucks.

Trying to pass big trucks on 2 lane roads is a hassle. Only easy if it's a straight stretch.

Actually it says the deceased was having the attack, but yea. Not a phone's fault.

I've noticed the number of people (mostly women actually) driving while staring at their phone has gone way up the last couple years. The rise of the smart phone and the ability to text or surf the web while on the go is making our roads a far more dangerous place.

I think sometimes it's interesting to be "edgy," but that was pretty awful. It deserved to be deleted and I imagine he'll be banned for a while.
