The problem isn't the people who are fed false information on acts that never transpired....it's the irresponsibility of entities like CNN.
I agree with the media's irresponsibility but at what point do the listeners have the responsibility to own what they believe?

There was cell phone video. The DA talked about the video evidence during his statement. The entire case is public information now and is considered closed.
