Simple request to think rationally

I know days like this are emotionally charged, but I encourage you all to think rationally.

Nearly everyone on here is a strong 2nd amendment proponent. Good! We all should be.

Whenever some nut shoots a school, club, or office you all are quick to rightly call out the villain while still remaining pro constitutional rights. I've not seen anyone on here call for our rights to be impeded because some nut jobs have abused guns and killed innocents, no matter how tragic that is.

Do remember these cop killers are just deranged individuals. This should illicit the same response from any constitution loving American. Condemn the actions of theses individuals, call for justice to be served, but don't act like giving up constitutionally protected rights (aright to peacefully assemble, open carry,etc) is the answer.

These recent actions of a few individuals are no more a "war" than the actions we've seen at Sandy Hook, Orlando, etc.

It's a slippery slope to call for giving up even one of our rights. Give up 4th amendment rights, and they'll come for the 2nd.....etc
