From who? The guy driving a shitty avalanche with no insurance?

They will probably try to sue the school system claiming the bus driver should have done something to protect the kid or some bullshite

If the motorist didn't have insurance, they could hire a lawyer, sue, and get what from the driver? The lawyer fees might exceed any amount awarded.
