This, Texas St. Steakhouse (fka Texas St. Tavern). I've gotten a steak at the Cub that wasn't Waffle House quality. Superior Steak house is where all the phony rich posers hang out, it's pretty good food and atmosphere wise but high as giraffe pussy on price. Silver Star is a joint out east of Bossier near the LA Downs they have concerts there a lot, country Kevin Fowler, Cody Canada type stuff. Casinos are OK, could probably get some cougar on you pretty easy down at the Eldo or Horseshoe. Oh and Shreveport do suck.

Anthony's on mansfield. its the first chef from the cub, decades ago. solid damn steak. I wouldn't take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood afterwards, but still. worth it.
also, to the original idea, i wouldn't do shreveport as a guys trip. like others have said, if the people addicted to gambling are making the choice, i understand, but anything other than that is just weird, ha. i will say i had reservations about a buddy of mine's bachelor party in hot springs, ar. i couldn't have been more wrong. we got a vrbo house on a lake up there, drank a ton, shagged golf balls in the lake all weekend, and then hired a van to bring us into town to Maxines sat night. it was lowkey and fantastic. really turned my opinion around on hot springs...then again, i may just be getting older,
