I'm running 2 miles a day in under 12 minutes before bed. And just doing pull ups pushups and free weights. Went from 34 waist back to 32 and probably added 8 lbs up upper body muscle in 2 months.
But I watch tv 90% of my time on the clock. So it's not hard to make time for it

I'm a night owl. I survive miserably during the week, but sleep 11-12 hoists on weekends after being up into the morning hours. It's far from optimal.

I feel for you guys that can't sleep. I have a plant down right now and am getting parts out otherwise I'd be cutting some zzzzzzzz's
