Sorry but even as a seasoned trial lawyer I am calling bs on this. He was a paid spokesperson, everyone knows that he a Trace Akins only buy T -bills and zero risk investments. They obviously world never touch crypto.

I mean is there a class action against him for the General not paying claims, or the Icy hot being shite? He is just a spokesperson give me a break.

ve shaq but promoting something that he knows very little about is is wrong.

FTX was simply an exchange. There is crypto currency and FTX allowed people to buy and sell every crypto currency that was on their exchange.

Sam Bankman-Fried is what crashed FTX, not crypto currency. Yes, it made people even more skeptical of crypto currency, but Shaq could have know everything there is to know about crypto currency and that would not have helped him to know the world's 3rd largest crypto exchange was being mismanaged.

Its this simple. This person is going after Shaq and others who have money because.... Well they have money.

If AT&T goes under are you going to sue that girl with the big boobs who is in all of their commercials?

O’Neal himself hosted a carnival event last February called “Shaq’s Fun House Los Angeles Presented by FTX,” which featured rapper Lil Wayne and DJ Diplo.

If you lose money because of an endorsement by Shaq, Lil Wayne, and DJ Diplo… you just paid a stupid tax.

All my money is at Wu Tang.
