John Kennedy was John Kerry’s LA campaign manager, lest ye forget. I’m not at all fooled by his crackpot fake corn pone bullshite.

a kitchen used to cost $10k to replace but now costs $18k, you should be thankful to only see a 16% increase.
These increases were baked in before the cost of everything went up. This has been planned for years.
Plus this isn’t homeowners insurance which increases following these trends (at best).

Sounds like socialism to me. You want me, who doesn’t live in a flood zone area, to pay for flood insurance so yours can be lower? You voted for Biden didn’t you.

This board may say what it wants, but the only way to reduce premiums is to require those in low risk areas to have flood insurance.
Is that just for people that are currently paying a mortgage or does it also include the people with homes that are paid off?
