Be aware that the insurance on the item will be extra. You will have to cover that yourself, but for a $1,000 item, you would be foolish not to
Just be aware that if the item arrives damaged, UPS & FedEx make it so hard to collect the insurance that eventually you’ll say frick it. They will want photos of the item before shipping, the packaging you used, the box you used, photos of it in the box then they will want all kinds of photos of how it arrived, packaging, box damage, etc.. and will still find a reason to deny your claim. Next step is aggravating phone calls to customer service where you will be put on numerous holds and call backs. It’s a major major hassle. USPS isn’t as bad

In my craft, we receive and ship lots of electronics. Best I can tell you is to use stiff foam (almost but not Styrofoam) to suspend the unit by securely supporting the sides, to the point where the top and bottom are not touching the box. You'll need to cut out a "well" on each side, being careful that the left- and right-most buttons do not support any weight. Rotate your box in three dimensions and see if you head anything loose. And as has been said before: double-boxing is your friend.

Never understood why this upsets sellers? Some type of scam process?
It’s doesn’t upset me. But it does annoy me to have multiple messages of people just asking if an item is available and then silence. I usually respond in minutes so it’s strange to me when there is no response.

Is it still available. Never understood why this upsets sellers? Some type of scam process?
FB market place has some prompt questions when a buyer goes to message the seller and the first one is “Is this still available”?
So now the seller ends up with 20 responses with that same question and maybe one or two real questions. Lots of sellers put in the ad that if this ad is still up, the product is available. And still the nimrods keep sending the question on if it’s available.
