Seems to be wide range of severity of covid?..

I read many articles about doctors urging the public to take this very seriously and that it is much worst than flu - and i have no reason to doubt them. And i read about relatively healthy younger people on the verge of death from this virus - and I certainly believe that too
But contrasted with this are many people who test positive that barely know they are sick.
Has there been a consensus yet on what is a most typical coronavirus experience?

America seems to have more of the original wuhan strain whereas europe has the mutated. Doctor said that earlier
