I thought for sure this was going to be about how clapping and cheering might hurt some kids feelings so the touchy/feely Canadians decided to ban it, while still handing out participation trophies.
I'm surprised they play games until 11 pm. I'm involved with a rec sports program, and if we had games until 11 pm the parents would lose their minds, complaining about how Little Johnny can't be up that late playing sports.
I wonder if some kind of sound wall would help.
