Sanitizer transportation

I need someone to verified what I just heard. You can only ship this on the ground only because it contains some alcohol it all versions. Trying to help some friends in US Virgin Islands. Those of you that don’t take this serious can not respond. Those that do, thanks

You're correct... there's a local wine factory in St.Croix that's making sanitizer for the island. I'm currently in St. Croix on a Project at Limetree Bay.

It’s a flammable liquid....yes, there are shipping restrictions.
