Just talked to a buddy who lives in here, he said he doesn't see any harmful water.

I also live in the area, only flooded area I saw was all behind that reception center on the corner off Bluff/Alligator bayou. That pond overflows with an afternoon shower though

Im guessing the very back of the subdivision would have the most issues. The front is very high as is all the property on the interstate side.

Bluff at the Spanish Lake crossing wasn't bad at all.
