Saints kids fun run Saturday

Planning on heading over for run Saturday morning. I know the main run starts at 7:15am and kids 1/2 mile at 9:15. If we arrive at 8:30-8:45 would we still be able to get in dome parking garage or will roads be closed?

I have no idea, but if I had to guess I would say you will probably be able to get to the dome parking garage. People will be arriving just for the 9:15 event. Does the main run go through any area that would require them to close all accesses to the garage?
