That’s weird. They just did mine to enroll last month, and only needed to see outside. Also I have 4 crape Myrtle’s- all touching roof- never said a thing! But my roof is fortified and only 2 years old so maybe that’s why

There are business owners who self insure. The people that have large commercial businesses which insurance is several $100k some of those guys are self-insuring their properties.
I really do not blame them.
When I pay off my buildings I will do the same..

I have used them for years through Geico..I have what I consider a good rate and the one time I had to use them after a lightning strike it was no problem.
