it is. but damn they must have shite medical standards. Also why would doctors have formalin ready to go in bags. Wouldn't that be only in an embalmers area?

I would think it would be. Remember, we have had people go in to get their right leg removed and wake up with their left one gone. Attention to detail, is it really that hard?

Extremely. Basically, to my understanding, something that an american urgent care clinic would take care of, in Russia, it could be mean life or death for you.
