I'm not. I'm pointing out that the Russian criminal code has a specific definition which justifies longer sentences. I don't think the amount she had justifies that sentence. I'm not saying she didn't commit a crime, but I am saying that Russia has used this very same article of their criminal code to target journalists and dissidents too. Why should I trust them now with their application of that code in this particular instance?
