The employee will be fired because he (allegedly) put customers at risk. The restaurant will then issue an apology, along with a statement saying guns are bad, to the family of the "victim." That's how things seem to work these days.

That’s so fricked up taking a young man’s life over protecting a dumb restaurant paying you minimum wage. the restaurant has insurance.
