So if your religion is against abortion, there is your exemption.
Just make sure you stay consistent and forego all these other medicines that were made possible by research with aborted fetal cells:

Yep but nobody’s firing you for refusing to take a Tylenol.

I know a guy who applied for a religious exemption and it was granted. He's pretty damn sure it was done for liability reasons.
However, his employer put such onerous restrictions on him that it made it impossible for him to do his jobs (he was in sales).
He is now suing them as there are cases that prohibit employers from putting any such restrictions on employees who are granted religious exemptions. In effect, it resulted in a constructive firing.
Should be an interesting case.

Well, at the very least, just make sure your company doesn't find out you use those products.

Personally I'm not going to claim any kind of religious exemption for the shot, I'm just straight up ain't going to take it. My body, my choice and the hell with anyone who don't like it. It ain't none of their business

We know it’s a sincerely-held religious belief, so I just didn’t want you to remain in ignorance about other medicines that were derived from aborted fetal tissue.
Hopefully you haven’t been taking Claritin to clear up any congestion, but if you have, it’s time to stop.
3 Hail Marys and an Our Father ought to clear that stuffy head right up.

So Tylenol, first introduced into medical practice in 1886, according to Wikipedia, was developed by using cultures of aborted fetal tissue? Much of the rest of the list is similarly misinformed
