Registering to vote- Moved to a different County

I recently moved to another county in Tennessee. How do I switch my voter registration from my old county to the new county. Do I go to the county clerk?

Register Libertarian, if anything.
Edit: nevermind, Tennessee doesn't allow registration as a libertarian.
