Its sad to me that some people wont get vaccinated poor or not. I don't want anyone else to needlessly die from covid, republican or democrat, it’s honestly not political to me. Its just being a decent human and trying to do whats best for humanity. I have volunteered locally all month trying to get people vaccinated.

I personally know 4-5 contractors and 20 amigos who work for us who all got the coof and never went to a doctor. All their families got it and they never went to a doctor. Most missed 3-4 days work max. Mix in a bunch of young asymptomatic teens, poor people, and people who will never go to a doctor, you’re talking tens of thousands of individuals who have had coof and it was never reported. Ever.

Vaccinated people are 7 times less likely to test positive for covid during this delta surge. This equates to 86% efficacy.

So, the vaccine has a 14% fail rate

Vaccinated are 5 times less likely to be hospitalized. This equates to 80% efficacy.

20% now for hospitalizations

According to the CDC

Currently 1 out of every 3200 unvaccinated people in Louisiana is hospitalized.

I don’t want republicans or democrats to die needlessly from diabetes or lung cancer, but if they choose to smoke or inhale sugar that is their choice. That’s freedom. The gaslighting tunnel vision from covidians is mind blowing.

What a redundant point. Take a vaccine that you claim has a survival rate of 99.9999999999999999% (which it doesn’t, a whistleblower has come forward and said more than 45,0000 people have died from the vaccine) for a disease that has a 99.9999999% survival rate? Lol what would be the point? That’s robbing Peter to pay Paul. Quit watching CNN, you’ve lost too many brain cells fren

The only effect this has on society is hospitals have to shut down elective procedures. That’s it.

hat is the Louisiana Department of Health & Hospital's figure for "Total Cases", which is the sum of "Confirmed" and "Probable" cases; see the LDHH covid webpage for the current day's numbers. As I understand it, the "Probable" cases were never actually tested, but a doctor or other public health professional concluded that some specific individual probably had covid--FWIW.

"Concluded that some specific individual probably had Covid?"
I wonder what percentage of the total these medical professionals concluded this about and what criteria they used to come up with that number? And I wonder how accurate that could possibly be.

I think about all these athletes who tested positive but were asymptomatic or with mild sypmtoms and would never have tested had they not been in protocol. How many folks are out there like that but were never tested because there was no reason to or they simply chose not to.

I'm having trouble understanding how any medical professional could possibly come anywhere close to accurately accounting for that number.

Think about this for a second... you actually think that forty five motherfricking thousand people have died from the vaccine, and all their friends and families aren't all over the news all day every day? And some lone whistleblower had to break the news?

Obviously my vaccine survival rate was a guess. But you know damn well your covid survival rate is seven orders of magnitude wrong. frick, man, even if we assume 90% of the covid deaths are faked, and if we assume every single person in the US has already had covid, that's only a 99.98% survival rate.

that's cute that you think the media would actually cover a story that would keep Americans in the loop. You must watch a lot of Don Lemon huh?
