I missed this but upon a google search I think he was on parole or probation from that shooting at that four wheeler bash or whatever a year or so ago and couldn't leave the Parish and that was his childhood house or grandma's house. Most of these rappers leave but end up getting in trouble and have to stay put due to legal requirements back in La. Posting the car in a small town like that wasn't smart.
