No, because that's simply not relevant, given the context. The fact that there is an extremely disproportionate level of murders among the black community is a disturbing reality. The fact that it's largely ignored, and that isolated incidents of police brutality or confederate flags are emphasized by the media, politicians, and the black community itself, is a source of frustration for many.

I actually agree with you. I think it's fricked up people are being so callous about it. The loss of human life shouldn't be celebrated or nonchalantly shrugged off.

When Whites in Chicago were gunning one another down ( automatic machine gun battles in the street) it wasn't a reflection on race. It was seen as a National issue/ tragedy.
"Black on Black" crime is now " their problem" & for some to think it somehow diminishes this country's racism & racist history.

Seriously, I get disgusted thinking of the young children raised (and senselessly killed) in the gangster/rap world.
They get killed in violent shootings and then the witnesses refuse to cooperate with police and they retaliate in another shooting, which leads to another shooting and meanwhile innocent children die.
But yeah, lets put all our efforts into pulling down a flag and acting like that makes on freakin bit of difference.

What did they do about the "White on White" crime in 1920's or 30' s Chicago? Off the top of my head automatic machine guns were actually banned due to " White on white" crime, ending of Prohibition ,etc....
We can start by reevaluating the War on Drugs & at least listen to reasonable gun control( although I don't feel that totally solves the issue) measures.
And if you don't care about what happens to these young men why the negative / callous comments?
