ETA: one of the best Netflix originals I watched was Gypsy. The show got canceled, but not before I got to see Naomi Watts do lots of gay stuff.

Their algo says that most people love horror so they push it. dumb ad articles on daily mail about how people are reacting to some new horror movies on netflix support this theory
