I couldn't get used to any mask until I tried this one. Not very noticeable at all while sleeping and nothing sticking in your nose. Took 3-4 weeks before i stopped ripping it off in my sleep. World of difference.

It's a gradual thing. I have been using one for 18 years. Can't sleep without it.

I've been on my cpap for a little over a year now. It has changed my life. No more snoring, headaches, nodding off to sleep everywhere I go including driving down the road in the middle of the day. My experience is that I really started noticing a significant difference in energy level about a month in. It's different for everyone, however. From what you've said in your post, you're off to a great start. From the day I got mine, there has not been one single night I haven't worn it, and there won't be if I can help it! Keep up the good work and you will feel so much better!!!
