I'd be willing to bet that in your IC plan there is some language that says basically, "here's your IC plan, the company reserves the right to change it if we damn well please".

If you are pissed and your non compete doesn't have any $$$ damages, then skate.

Call a good labor attorney and pay him a couple hundred bucks. And next time someone offers up a non-compete tell them to pound sand. Never sign that garbage.
