My first time back in the gym after damaging my back in a wreck, my deadlift was barely 200lbs.
Idk if it was fear of hurting or what, but three weeks later I was over 300. Now I'm hovering in the high 3s. Cant get to where I was at age 20. But in my early 30s, I'm still functionally strong enough to not have to ask for help to move things.
That's more important to me than a silly number.

There are too many people that continue to eat even after they're full.
Not to mention people who scarf down 2,000 calories for breakfast before they even get their day started.
