Question about Twitter.

In a bout of insomnia I replied via my phone to Dan Wolken's tweet promoting his new opinion column in US Today on Will Wade around 4:30 this morning. I have two separate accounts. My phone is logged into one account and my laptop is logged into another account.
On my phone I can see the reply as the last reply to Dan. Even got one like. However when I go to the twitter thread via my laptop my reply that I made via my phone is nowhere to be seen.
Is my phone account shadowbanned?
FWIW, I don't use twitter that much.

It’s there, it’s just down at the bottom of responses. Account that sent tweet, the tweet is always at top, unless you change settings.
