i finally decided to lose my winter weight.

one bowl of cereal in the morning.
lunch is lean turkey on wheat with an apple.
not many snacks.
banana before i work out.
grilled chicken last night.
salmon the night before.

started working out on top of the cardio i was already getting.

i'm throwing in a 35 minute non stop circuit regimen ever week or so combining light weights and body weight exercises.

key is to reward yourself every so often.

fathers day g/f's aunt's cooked and i over ate.

last night after that grilled chicken g/f and i went to BJ by the mall and sampled a few of their brews.

life is all about balance.

that is basically my same diet right now

with this type of diet it is key to have a high protein intake, and eat at least six meals a day

this will keep you from being hungry and allow your body to burn more fat when you are not working out

cheat days are a MUST
