Maybe on the first one but not the second, at least from my experience and I had one of the best in BR as far as lawyers go imo

I have first-hand knowledge of this. You don't even have to lose it on a felony DWI. No hardship license or breathalyzer either.

Like I said.....you have a shitty lawyer
