My parents did it. Looked good. Virtually no work.
They had the snowflakes and had white lights as well. The multicolored ones do look like shite.

The one set I've seen looked good. Even makes a couple of 100-foot trees look decorated.

I figured this would be the epitome of OT trash, right up there with taking a cruise. I know a few people who like them and bought it. Maybe the infomercials ruined me, it just looked really trashy to me.
