Problems with Citi Mobile Banking App?

Posted here for exposure and it’s not really about money, so bear with me admins...
Anyone having trouble logging into Citi Mobile app? Just upgraded to latest iOS and still getting message they are having technical difficulties. Same thing on a desktop.
Poor, $350, etc., but is anyone else having this problem?

Citi is constantly having technical issues

It’s the best I’ve seen with no yearly fee. Savings account gets 2.36% APR. Better than 0.01% at Chase
