Complain to the lawmakers who set up the guidelines for qualification. While you are at it, complain about the lack of requirements for all the rest of the government handouts that don’t require anything more than an operational vagina and the ability to fill out the paperwork.

This happens to be one time when actual tax paying business owners get a shot at the freebies that the Democrats get all day erry day.
