Naw man... it's not like you'll get 57 counts of 1st degree murder for shooting dogs. I'm pretty sure by the legal definition you can't murder a dog.

People are so fickle.
How many dogs on average are put down every day at your local "Animal Shelter"?

Well they did just pass a law making animal cruelty a crime against humanity, so the punishment may be pretty severe if they are ever brought to trial.

Dude was killing wild dogs sounds like. Would you be wringing your hands if he was killing coyotes? Pretty much the same thing

You gotta be pretty twisted to torture and kill a dog just for shits and giggles-

But 57?

If they catch someone...I would be willing to bet it's a teenager - A fledgling killer's first effort at transformation...

Humanely put to sleep vs poisoned and shot and left to die in the woods.

Yup, totally the same thing.

PETA's Norfolk, VA shelter statistics for 2014:

quote:

The group euthanized 2,454 of its 3,369 cats, dogs and other animals, the vast majority of which were "owner surrenders," meaning that they'd been relinquished to the group voluntarily. Just 23 dogs and 16 cats were adopted.

Nice work, PETA.

missed the part about the poisoning. A gunshot to the head is the most humane way to put them down tbh.

Guess you also missed the part where not all the dogs died from their wounds. You could just not make excuses for a ridiculous analogy though.

This is true, but I'd prefer dogs to keep their life over a lot of humans

Which they didn't do.

They weakened them with poison then shot them like a firing range. Thus not all dogs were not killed instantly, just gravely wounded and left to suffer.

Put this person down.

Seriously, I would feel guilty 9/10 times for shooting a dog...

Didn't eat enough poison? I'm sure they just sprinkled it on food/treats.

Not that hard to understand.
