Delta airlines had a HELP phone at the Atlanta airport. Just randomly picked it up as a shot in the dark chance I could find an earlier flight to save from a 7 hour layover. The lady was extremely nice and bumped us onto a flight that left in less than 45 mins at no extra cost. I couldn't believe it. Nice way to end my Jamaican honeymoon

One I forget to mention in my original post as it’s less of a customer service and more of an organization going out of their way to make an experience great.
As I’ve stated before my dad has had major medical issues the last 5 years; multiple types of cancer, heart attack, 35 surgeries etc. He had about a month window from the end of treatment (chemo and radiation) and his esophageal reconstruction surgery. My dad is a lifelong Cubs fan so my brother and I took him Wrigley to see them play the Brewers. There is an area of the stadium where you can get commerative tickets mailed to you. The agent working talked to my brother a bit as she took down his mailing address and we went to our seats thinking nothing of it. Sometime before the anthem a member of the Cubs organization walked up to our seats and asked for Mr Loaner. They gave him a bag full of Cubs memorabilia as well as passes to go on the field post game.

1. My mom recently started chemo
That is really awesome to hear they did that. I hope your mother is doing well with chemo and I wish your family well this holiday season. And I hope your mother beats cancer!
