I guess it comes down to who you believe. I believe the photo I posted showing a rolled up window, and I believe the attorney who claims it was rolled up.
You believe a set of grainy photos from hundreds of feet away.
I doubt there's anything else here I can do to convince you otherwise. Though, even if new evidence dis come out showing the window was completely up you'd still say the cop was justified, so there's that.

Look, we know what's going on here and it's a pattern that's being repeated in many of these cases. They want to find guilt and will conveniently grasp at any bit of evidence to support that conclusion while leaving out anything that refutes it.

Look (in all honesty now)- I am pretty sure the investigators at the scene took note of what the scene looked like. It'll get settled eventually.
As toward your assertion I have some sort of racial agenda... that's cute

I've never said I think the shooting was justified. I've withheld judgment until more information comes out. Whether the window was cracked or not, it does look like he's reaching in so could you assume she might have thought he was reaching, and considering all other events leading up to what you saw on the video, resulted in discharge?
I think you've got to weigh that one piece of evidence with everything else to draw a reasonable conclusion.

1.) Has it been confirmed he was tazed?
2.) It looks like 4 officers were there right? Has it been confirmed how many had tazers drawn and how many had guns drawn?
3.) Is it possible the female shooter was the only one with her gun drawn?
4.) Was the photo of the SUV taken at the scene? Is it possible the window was moved up or down after the shooting? Neither the Lawyer photo or the helicopter pic are definitive.

I agree there's an agenda that's been distorted to make for good TV. It certainly hasn't helped race relations.
To be absolutely clear with you though, I have problems with police misconduct regardless of race. I think it's wrong when it only gets publicized because of race too.
There's tons of cases I could point to where whites get killed for defending their home when police get the wrong address, or when a couple gets pulled over on the side of the road and everything seized from them without charges.
I just wish all cases got the same publicity as these types.

the reason why these get the most publicity is because the media knows it will spark prtest and riots...that equals ratings
The white and other races that are killed by police dont get the attention because the media knows it's boring and no riots will break out.
