Every window manufacturer has a good, better, best option. Make sure you're comparing apples to apples when looking at any brand.

Bottom line, it comes down to budget there is always a better product available .
In NC it's not uncommon for a 2500 sq.ft house to have 40 windows.
Educate yourself and then make the best decision for your home and budget.

Funny you say that. At the distributor I went to, Plygem is the upgrade from the Silverline (Andersen) line.

I sell both ply gem and Quaker. If I was to buy I would go with Quaker. Better glass options too

Maybe, but I test Windows in the field. Every Plygem I have tested leaks both air and wind. The Windows never pass AAMA required field testing. I can get into more detail offline. Just passing on my experience with window manufacturers.
