Plumbing advice: faucet aerator

Replaced 4 lav faucets with Kohler Bellwood. I HATE the low water flow. Noisy AF too. I tried removing aerator. Nope, sprays everywhere. And the aerator is molded in one piece...no removable insert.

Ideas? I like a non-aerated flow like some Euro faucets have. But I'll take any improvement.

Big arse drill bit.

You’ll have to manually and forcefully gut all of the flow restriction out of it. First thing I do when I take any fixture out of the box is remove all flow control by whatever means necessary.

If you modify the aerator you will end up blowing up your water bill to the tune of $3.17/year.
