I'm a sunglasses snob. I've got two pair of costas, both with glass lenses. One pair silver mirror (fathom), the other green mirror (cut).
Get them from amazon, alot cheaper.

I agree they do look better. I have a pair but i find they don't vent well.
I had a great pair of natives once and they vented better than costas.

These look like my wayfarers. I only wear Costas when I play tennis and use amber lenses to filter out blue light. Wear the same sunglasses when we go fishing. I’ve tried other brands but the clarity just isn’t the same.

I just got a pair back from the repair shop. The rubber nose piece came off after about 8 years of having them, I shipped them off and they sent me a brand new pair under warranty. I paid $250 for them in 2010 and they sent this new pair no questions asked. They may be over priced but I’d say they paid for themselves several times over and will continue to pay for themselves.

That's true. The mirrored lenses are really too dark for normal use.
