I am about to start working in Plaquemine quite a bit and curious if any of yall on the OT are familiar with the ferry. Approximately how long does it take to get across, and is it packed every morning ect? Basically is it a pain in the arse or worth it?

15 minutes across and 15 minutes back. If you miss it, 30 minute wait.

Not really worth it at least in the afternoon. Tried it once and it took 45 minutes to get on and 15 minutes to cross. The ferry line is usually backed up 2-3 boats.

I misread as Plaquemine Furry. Disappoint.
